  • Allow the croissants to defrost for 5 min at room temperature
  • Slice the 60 g croissant in 2
  • Place the croissant in a 5 cm diameter ring. Bake at 175°C for 30 min
  • Slice the 25 g croissant in two and bake in a ring at 170°C for 13 min
  • Leave the croissant log and the mini-croissant to cool
  • Fill the log with chocolate and hazelnut spread
  • Coat the log with chocolate and hazelnut spread and stick on the mini croissant log
  • Decorate with rosemary and icing sugar
